At SaintState, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains our return and refund procedures for purchases made through saintstate.com.

By placing an order with SaintState, you agree to the terms of this Returns & Refund Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws governing your purchase.

1. 14-Day Return Period

SaintState accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the Product. After notifying us, you must send the Product back within the applicable return period communicated by SaintState.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Products returned after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under this policy, Products must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Free from stains, odors, makeup, or other signs of use

  • Returned with original tags attached, where applicable

  • Returned with included accessories and components

  • Returned in suitable packaging

Customers may reasonably inspect Products before deciding whether to keep them.

Where applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, reasonable handling necessary to inspect the Product does not invalidate the return. Where permitted by law, SaintState may reduce a refund for diminished value resulting from handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the Product.

3. Starting a Return

To initiate a return, contact SaintState through the customer-service contact information provided on saintstate.com.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return, where requested

We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a return to the company's business address unless specifically instructed to do so.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a Product.

Where a Product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a mandatory legal remedy requiring SaintState to bear the return cost, SaintState will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will generally cover the amount actually paid for the returned Product.

Where applicable law requires reimbursement of the original standard shipping charge, that amount will also be refunded. Additional charges resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive shipping method may not be refundable where permitted by law.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law after the return has been received or sufficient evidence of return has been provided.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit-card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution and is outside SaintState's control.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

The 14-day return period does not limit any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed, or non-conforming Products.

If you receive an incorrect or defective Product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, cancellation, or another statutory remedy.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Certain Products may be excluded from return where permitted by applicable law, including Products that:

  • Are personalized or custom-made

  • Are made according to the customer's specifications

  • Cannot legally be returned for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed

  • Fall within another legally recognized exception

Any applicable exclusion will be communicated where required by law.

9. Sale and Discounted Products

Sale, discounted, or promotional Products are subject to the same 14-day return policy unless otherwise stated.

A discounted purchase does not eliminate any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to Product availability.

Where an exchange is unavailable, an eligible return will instead be processed as a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

11. Return Inspection

Returned Products may be inspected to verify their identity, condition, completeness, and eligibility for return.

Where permitted by law, SaintState may refuse a voluntary return or reduce the refund where a Product has been materially used, damaged, altered, contaminated, or otherwise diminished in value.

12. Return Fraud and Abuse

SaintState reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive return activity, including false damage claims, returning Products not purchased from SaintState, returning counterfeit or substituted Products, or attempting to obtain multiple refunds for the same transaction.

Where legally permitted, fraudulent or abusive activity may result in the refusal of voluntary return benefits, restriction of future orders, suspension of accounts, or other lawful remedies.

This does not restrict any valid statutory consumer right.

13. International Returns

International returns may be subject to customs procedures, shipping delays, and other requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any documentation required for the return shipment where the customer is responsible for the return.

14. Statutory Consumer Rights

This 14-day policy is intended to provide a consistent return period for SaintState customers worldwide.

Nothing in this Policy excludes, limits, or waives any consumer protection, statutory warranty, withdrawal right, refund right, or other legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in the customer's jurisdiction.

Where mandatory law provides rights that are more favorable to the customer than this Policy, those rights will apply.

15. Policy Changes

SaintState may update this Returns & Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be published on saintstate.com together with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
