Shipping policy

Last Updated: September 7, 2026

At SaintState, operated by VATINIUS LLC, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience to customers worldwide.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, and handled in the event of delays, customs issues, loss, damage, or other delivery-related circumstances.

By placing an order through saintstate.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy, subject always to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you under the laws of your country.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully authorized and received.

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Processing times may be longer during periods of increased demand, product launches, promotional events, holidays, technical difficulties, or other circumstances affecting order volume or fulfillment operations.

The estimated processing time shown on the Website or communicated to you is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

2. Shipping Destinations

SaintState ships to a range of destinations worldwide.

Available destinations and shipping methods depend on the delivery address, product availability, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, and other applicable circumstances.

Shipping availability and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse delivery to certain destinations where shipment is prohibited, commercially impractical, restricted by law, unavailable through our logistics providers, or otherwise subject to material restrictions.

3. Shipping Methods

The shipping method available for an order depends on the destination and other relevant factors.

Available shipping options and their applicable costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

SaintState may use third-party shipping, postal, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery providers to fulfill orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processing, seasonal demand, and other circumstances.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all delivery timeframes displayed on the Website or during checkout are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Estimated delivery times do not necessarily include the order-processing period.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather events, transportation disruptions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

For customers located in the European Union, where mandatory consumer law applies, the applicable statutory delivery rights remain unaffected by the estimates stated in this policy.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as the destination, shipping method, order characteristics, and applicable logistics costs.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed, unless shipping is expressly offered free of charge.

Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to minimum order values, destination restrictions, product exclusions, promotional periods, or other terms stated at the time of the offer.

6. Taxes, Duties, Customs Fees, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, handling charges, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Whether such charges apply depends on the destination country and the applicable customs and tax rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

SaintState does not control customs authorities and cannot guarantee whether an individual shipment will be subject to additional charges.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and for providing accurate information necessary for customs clearance.

7. Customs Clearance

International shipments may be inspected or delayed by customs authorities.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside the control of SaintState.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, inspections, documentation requirements, import restrictions, or other customs procedures.

Where a shipment requires additional information or documentation from the customer, the customer is responsible for providing the requested information promptly.

8. Prohibited or Restricted Destinations

Certain products may be subject to import restrictions, export restrictions, carrier restrictions, or other legal requirements in particular countries.

SaintState may cancel or refuse an order where fulfillment would violate applicable law, carrier restrictions, customs requirements, sanctions, or other regulatory requirements.

Where an order is cancelled for such a reason after payment has been received, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

9. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, or unit number

  • City

  • State, province, or region

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Any other information required for successful delivery

SaintState is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

10. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery

The carrier may make one or more delivery attempts depending on the destination and shipping method.

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package is not collected, delivery is refused, or another circumstance prevents delivery, the carrier may return the package to the sender.

Where permitted by applicable law, additional shipping or handling costs resulting from a failed delivery may be charged to the customer or deducted from any applicable refund.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may not become active immediately after shipment. It may take time for the carrier to scan and register the package in its tracking system.

Tracking information is provided by third-party carriers, and SaintState cannot guarantee that tracking information will update continuously or without interruption.

12. Lost Packages

If a shipment appears to be lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable period, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier or fulfillment provider.

Customers should provide their order number and any relevant delivery information when contacting us.

SaintState will take reasonable steps to investigate missing shipments and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the shipment.

Where mandatory consumer protection law makes the seller responsible for the goods until delivery, those rights remain fully applicable.

13. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should, where reasonably possible, photograph the packaging and the damaged goods and contact SaintState promptly.

We may request photographs or other information necessary to investigate the issue.

SaintState will handle damage claims and applicable remedies in accordance with the customer's statutory rights and applicable law.

For customers protected by EU consumer law, the trader remains responsible for damage occurring during delivery where the trader arranged the carrier.

14. Delivery Delays

Although we work to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur.

Potential causes include:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Severe weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Government restrictions

  • Import or export restrictions

  • High seasonal shipping volumes

  • Technical or logistical disruptions

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

A delay does not automatically constitute a breach of contract or entitle a customer to compensation where no such right exists under applicable law.

However, where mandatory law provides specific rights relating to delayed or failed delivery, those rights apply.

For EU consumers, where no different delivery period has been agreed, applicable rules generally provide for delivery without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract, subject to applicable exceptions.

15. Delivery Dates and Time-Sensitive Orders

Customers should not rely on estimated delivery dates for time-sensitive events unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed and confirmed by SaintState.

If you require an order by a particular date, please contact us before placing the order to determine whether a guaranteed delivery option is available.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights regarding agreed delivery dates.

16. Split Shipments

An order may, in certain circumstances, be shipped in multiple packages.

This may occur because products are fulfilled from different locations, become available at different times, or require different shipping methods.

If an order is split into multiple shipments, separate tracking information may be provided.

You will generally not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments unless otherwise stated at checkout.

17. Returns Due to Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible.

Depending on the reason for the return, applicable law, and the customer's statutory rights, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with resending the order.

Where a refund is required, it will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

18. Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not automatically constitute a valid cancellation or return.

Customers who wish to cancel, return, or withdraw from a purchase should follow the applicable procedure stated in our Returns and Refund Policy and any mandatory statutory requirements.

19. Shipping Risk

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, responsibility for a shipment will be handled according to the applicable contract, shipping terms, and law governing the transaction.

Where applicable consumer-protection law provides that the seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the consumer receives the goods, SaintState will comply with those requirements.

For EU consumer purchases, the trader generally bears the risk of damage to goods during delivery when the trader arranged the carrier.

20. Returns and Refunds

Shipping and delivery issues may interact with your rights under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, conformity, refund, replacement, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

For EU consumers, online purchases generally include a statutory 14-day withdrawal period, subject to legal exceptions.

Please refer to our separate Returns & Refund Policy for the complete procedure and applicable conditions.

21. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring that the recipient can receive the shipment

  • Complying with applicable import requirements

  • Providing customs documentation where required

  • Paying applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges where these are the customer's responsibility

  • Collecting shipments where the carrier requires collection

  • Reviewing shipping information before completing an order

These responsibilities are subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the transaction.

22. Third-Party Carriers

SaintState relies on third-party carriers, postal operators, fulfillment providers, and logistics partners to transport and deliver orders.

Carrier policies and procedures may differ by destination.

While we select and work with service providers in good faith, delivery operations may be affected by circumstances beyond our direct control.

Where applicable law makes SaintState responsible for delivery, we remain responsible for fulfilling our legal obligations regardless of which carrier is used.

23. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update or modify this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our shipping operations, services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published on saintstate.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply from the date indicated in the updated policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Contact

For questions regarding shipping, delivery, tracking, customs, or an existing order, please contact SaintState through the contact information provided on saintstate.com.

When contacting us regarding an order, please include your order number whenever possible.
